I never eat breakfast!

If they came up with "food pills", "food IVs", " food IM shots", or whatever, I'd never touch food again. I HATE cooking, I HATE eating, I HATE food.

I'm like Mcgaret and Presser. I don't usually eat in the morning, but if I do it makes it so much worse. I feel hungry all day long and end up way over eating. I mean that should be good and all but I end up eating crap food because I can't wait for my normal schedule of good food. It throws everything off. Plus I'm not naturally lean like some of you so I have to diet my ass off in order to stay at an acceptable bodyfat level.

I like Phil Hernon's philosophy. Is this legit though? I need to look at his pics and see if he is huge or not.
 
phil is huge but he also has excellent genetics. All men are not born equal my friend. lol.

Generally though he is correct, but for some guys doing this doesn't work, because honestly they are not hungry and need to force feed themselves or eat nutrient dense foods in order to accomplish this. I like a lot of his advice though.
 
Yeah, to get freaky big, you can bet that there will be a lot of things(eating/sleeping/exercise) that will be well out of your comfort zone. I guess it just depends how far out of your comfort zone are you willing to go?
 
i usually just pound a shake in the mornings. I work outside in the 100 + degree heat so food isnt a great option in the summers. And taking caffeine and burners makes me dehydrate in like 3 hours if i dont drink like a gallon of water so eating is tough for me. I cant wait till winter thats the time to get fuckin jack swole.

Yep, it works for lots of people. I'm one of those for which it doesn't work. If I did that I wouldn't be getting enough calories at all. I can't skip breakfast or my body eats itself.
 
I'm the same bro. It's hard as hell for me to gain a ton of muscle and get huge, because I can't eat enough and I am just plain not hungry. It's worse when I'm on cycle too. I used to fill in a lot of meals with protein supplements due to this problem. It's also hard as hell for me to get really lean and cut, because even when I eat super clean & diet hardcore I can only get to around mid 10%bf.. What category do I fit into again? lol.

yes, but you look better than I do. lol. I'm not too bad right now, but I could be working a lot harder. Just too much shit is getting in the way right now.
 
I keep reading how hard it is for people to eat... . what's my problem? I'm starving ALL the time.. and when I'm taking EQ... i wake up in the middle of the night and can't sleep b/c my body/stomache ache so bad from hunger... i'll eat 6 eggs at night just to keep things running smoothe so i can rest again, or eat cereal, or oatmeal...

i have no problem eating.. at least now that i'm bulking up... we'll see how easy/hard it is to cut down, ... especially now that i've decided to quit smoking.... might be tougher to curb my appetite.. and might require meal supplements to keep the cals down...

right now, i'm taking zero protien powder or bars... all cals/fat/carbs/protiens are strictly from food intake... and i'm sure it's not nearly as clean as it could be...
