i been doing 10 mcgs in the morning with suplements
and 10 mcgs post work out (6-pm to 8pm) with suplements shit i got incredible pumps, people are turning heads i got weins in my traps(iam nothig special either) but still not doing cardio iam already seeing results as far as leening out
