Infection !!!!! Help !!!

I took a shot last Sunday of Tren E 400mg in the shoulder and Test E 500mg in the other shoulder. I just opened two new bottles of each with no problems the first bottles at all (Its syntrop). I noticed 2 days ago i had almost a golf ball sized lump 2 to 3 inches below where I stuck it. Cant remember which pin went where..... I heated it up and tried to rub it out like I have done before with no change, its about the same size and has a redness around it about the diameter of a soft ball. I started icing it now. What should I do??? Everything was 100% clean on my end too.

I always ice mine when that happens and load up on ibuprofen... and I keep my chick far away because she always seems to bump where I'm swollen and red from shot...

I have some prop somewhere that I never finished because of that painful shit... you could feel the fever through my shirt too

im no doctor, but first off you dont want to be massaging it if it is an infection. what i have done in the past was to inject a needle into the area are draw out as much puss as i can. i then take a weeks dose of amoxcilin. good luck. our you could just go see a doc.

Dont want to go to the ER tonight its satuday, Might see the doc Monday if doesnt get better, Doesnt have any puss in it and doubt I would do that if It did, Lol! Thats might do more harm if not done right. Thanks

bro... just chill a little. I've had this happen quite a few times. First off, i doubt that its a full blown infection, unless the gear you got is horrible, but you'd already be feeling like shit. Like swole said start taking ibueprofen. If the other sites are not swelling up, i doubt its the gear.

This week the swelling should go down. If it doesnt. Stick a pin in and try to draw out the puss. I've done this on 2 seperate occations. I was able to draw 1 1/2 mls of puss out of my delt the first time i did this. I drew out the puss 2x per day. Eventually i was able to draw less and less. Some people say this will spread the infection, and its a bad idea. I just know that it help me.

What size pins are you using? maybe you need bigger ones, i started using 1 1/2 inch pins for my shoulders and havent had a problem since.

I normally wouldn't advise that procedure unless you really know what you are doing. If done wrong you can probably make it worse. However, if I was put into that position I would probably perform small surgeries on myself to fix it. lol. Seriously though ice it and take ibuprofen 400mg 3-4x per day and if it doesn't get better go to the doctor. They may just give you antibiotics or they may drain it like the other guys are talking about along with antibiotics. Letting it go too far can lead to septicemia (eventually turning to septic shock) and a long stay in the hospital. Get it taken care of soon.

I would have to agree. Usually an infection that size will have an elevation in body temperature (fever). There are 2 other possiblities as well:

1. The oil leaked out of the injection site and formed a barrier between the muscle and skin. This will form a red lump as well. Its nothing to worry about but the absorption will take a lot long and should clear up in about 10-14 days. Mine did.

2. You are having a reaction to the BA.. it happens as well.

Thanks alot for the info. Im taking Ibuprofine and putting ice on it this weekend and may go to the doc tuesday if its not better. I doubt its the gear cause everyones got the same shit and no one else has had any problems and i am on my second bottle. Its not the BA either cause I am on my going into my 5th week with the same gear.

humm yeah just give it a couple more days i wouldnt draw anything out. id go to the doc first. Ive had that happen and it wasnt ever an infection sometimes you just have shitty injects.

You can actually take ibuprofen at 800 mgs 3 times a day. That is what prescription strength is so that is what I would do. Give it some time like everyone said and ice it.

It also sounds to me like you're having a reaction to some shitty gear. I've had it with some of the stuff from A-S. As has been said, if it were an infection, you would have a high fever by now. That being said, you can order antibiotics easily from online pharmacies if you want to play it safe but don't feel that you can or want to discuss it with a doctor. Just do yourself and all of us a favor and take the full course! If it's persisted this long, it wouldn't be a bad idea to pursue that route. I'd say that there is also some possibility that you missed your delt and may have hit a smaller muscle. That could cause compartment syndrome within that muscle. That could be dangerous and you would definitely want to see a doctor if you aren't completely certain your injection technique was correct. Hematoma is another possibility - you may have nicked a vein within the muscle.

could be a sterile abcess from an abundunce of oil build up, if its not red, streaked and really hot to the touch and you arent running a fever heating pads can take care of it..if you are feeling sick and it looks like i described go to a doc...i had an abcess in my shoulder recently (not gear related) that i got from a minor cut and ended up getting a staph infecting in it and had to have ambulatory surgery to have it cut out (it was mercers staph) the one that is most resistent to antibiotics but its healing nicely and i have no real worries but i waited way to long and it could have beent aking care of a long time ago..

The redness is almost gone around it except for on the knot itself. The knot is still there just under golf ball sized, not real sore, not too hot , just a little warmer than the rest of my arm. So i think its getting better... Keepin up on the ibuprofine, doin 800 mg a day, once when I get up @ 400mg and the same when i get home from work.

thats been happening to me when i do delt injecys, but not as long. It usually goes away around the 4th day, but it is warm, red, lumpy and painful..... Sounds like my girls snatch, lol

I had a bad abscess and I duck an 18 gauge and drained it myself since I had no insurance. I had a whole cup of blood and puss.

Most of them go away with time and maybe antibiotics. The one I drained lasted over a month.
