I believe I read it in Anabolics 2002.. I wouldn't mix water based and oilbased products together. I would research. I would do a little more research first.

mine too..but some people don't know what they are talking about sometimes..including me. You can get misinformation. I got that book you should get it. If you have a question you can find it there. I think it is the best resource. This is good to find out other opinions and other peoples responses to what you think or think you know!

I could be wrong but I don't think so. I personally don't do it. I had the same question and was told not to do it. I have a lot of shit crammed in up there and don't remember where I read or heard not to. Sorry. I just wouldn't do it. Listen to winnie if you want. Let me know what happens. I did it and it works fine. Sus 250 with winny.... no problems... thanks.... It didn't taste like a milk shake though? Was it supposed to?

some guys put a little oil on top of the winny to lube the needle so the winny wont crystalize and clog up

YES, you CAN mix oil and water together in the same shot. You can do that with suspension and say tren too...in fact, it helps to keep the needle from clogging up with suspension.
