If any of you watch this on HD Net I had a question on the Toe to Toe with el guapo section. I asked why more fighters didn't use palm heel strikes about two weeks ago. It was pretty cool. I love this show.

Agreed. When I was in martial arts the palm heel was encouraged. Its way harder than the fist for sure. I remember doing my first board breaks with palm heels and never even felt it. Stomping is some rough stuff. My six year old hurts me when she steps on daddy's feet.
