What's up Dreww. Good to see a Dallas bro on here. I moved from Dallas to Kansas about two years ago. Don't try a stupid move like that!! This is the shit pit of the world. I was living the high life and didn't even realize it until I moved someplace like Kansas. I was hooked up with a couple of strippers from The Cabaret and right before I left I was screwing a 21 year old!! I was 37 at the time. Her mom was only two years older than me. AAAHH the fricken good old days. I loved those horny hotties in Dallas.

So what gym do you train at? For the most part I trained at 24 Hour fitness in Carrollton right off of George Bush highway.

holy shit bro...you've been training for a whopping 4.5 months? You obviosly don't know much about anything, I mean with the type of questions that you're asking.

I trained for about 6 years (and consistantly hard-core for about 2 1/2 years) before picking up a needle...
 
I agree with bigger, you simply don't have a good base yet, you don't know your body, what exercises and rep ranges work best for your body. How many calories for maintenance/cutting/bulking. A house is only as strong as it's foundation and you my friend have just weakened your foundation. The general rule is 6 years of serious training and atleast 20yrs old before u even think of touchin a needle.
 
If you have only been working for a couple of months you ARE NOWHERE even close to reaching your genetic potential. Gear isnt some magical pill that allows you to accomplish something overnight. Its a SUPPLEMENT, its helps what you should allready have in place and thats a solid routien for the WHOLE BODY, a dialed in diet, correct sleep patterns, etc. Bud, i've been training for 10 years and I still dont have everything perfect but i knew enough to wait to i hit my plateau where i could no longer gain anymore and that was after 6 years of training naturally.

You wanna add size, get a diet together and start training properly. You dont train lowerbody, what are u thinking? Thats where you can add alot of size, in your legs.

Your way to immature to even think of using anything.
