knee is messed up

Dont know what I did or when I did it, but I can't hardly walk today. My right knee feels like someone drove a nail in the left side of it. I did fall playing with my son the other night going to bed and jammed my foot into the bed but that was like 2 nights ago. Hope this shit gets better, I hate going to the Dr.

Actually feels fine today. I kept it elevated last night and rubbed down with horse linement. Still wore the knee brace today. Hopefully I just tweeked it.
