How you guys who been using for awhile, Liquid Beef Amino's, take
in relation to your workout. Before/after or both In addition to
a few times during the day?
I've been making sure I take it before and after but generally I just try and make sure I'm using it every 3 or 4 hours inbetween my meals, if I'm getting a good quality protein meal in then I'll skip it and wait until later on to use it. Because I'm doing DC my workouts tend to be pretty quick so I don't always use it immediately after and I might wait 30 - 60 minutes. so far so good.
