Guys, I’m gonna do this one more time. I started about two weeks ago, maybe three and this is what my plan is
1. Currently on test E running about 375 a week split between two different shots. Bumped that up to 500 Sus. Split into 2 different injections per week
2 keep all exercises between 8 and 10 reps.
3. Cut body fat with clean diet and see how we progress.

Starting weight 235lbs at 6’3” at 58 years of age.

Here we go!
 
I took my second shot of the week which bumped me up to 500 mg of test this week. Got a good shoulder workout in. Could do any pressing movements simply because of issues with my shoulders plan on adding a pressing movement after chest on Saturday.
