M1T dose timing?

I'm getting ready to start M1T. I was curious as to whether it mattered what time I took it for best results? Would an hour or so before I work out be optimal, or does it not really matter? I'm starting with 10mg for at least the first week, so split dosing wouldn't really be an option as they are 10mg caps.

I heard 4AD offsets the lethargy pretty good ......... any name brand suggestions? Would the dermal stuff be better?

Also, I know Clen is only anti-catabolic when on calorie restriction, but would it be a good idea to run at the same time for the extended protein synthesis it provides?

Any comments / info would be appreciated. Thanks.

I used it 2hours preworkout and it worked good....

u can split the dose also....
i think m1t is too crappy, gave me nasty lethargy ahhh
 
just finishing a m1t and I have had amazing results at 20 mg a day split twice. I went as high as 30 mg a day with increased sides. 20mg works fine for me....
 
M1T, ahhh, I love the fantastic pumps, but hate the lethargy I get from taking it alone. I take M5aa to offset the lethargy for me. I have not yet tried the 4AD, but it sounds good.
 
yeah i took it about 1.5 hrs before my lifts, but i took 25mgs and 10 after the workout with my shake`
