yep i am a smartass if you go up to the top and hit search and type in aqua burn there are several threads about it thats all i was saying. Yes its very similar to clen. It has something else in it cant remember the name that keeps your recepters from getting saturated similar to benadryl. So you can run it for months at a time and not two on two off weeks.

Exact answer I was looking for as well GS... I work 10-12 hour shifts and attend college full time so I don't always have time to go look things up no matter how easy or fast it sounds it can be..
