Hey where did the milk mania training log go that was in the training forum?? i went to look it over today and its gone??
 
Man my bad, I killed alot of it because I was lazy about clearing some pictures. My final desicion, is for younger skinny people to drink the HELL out of it. The sugar also gives you lots of power. For older folks who can't handle a yo-yo diet its hard to rebound from. Escpecially cutting your body off the carbs. All in all 2 gallons of 2% or better a day with a few light meals will yield gaining a pound a day. I actually believe, no I know, that muscle growth on 2 gallons a day can be compared to a roid cycle, no shit. But damn you pack lots of fat on also. Hope this helps.
 
BTW, personally my only sides was powerful workouts and water retention. Yours may vary. After I came off my body dropped alot of water, I've got rid of some fat, and I wieght the same. Also just started feeding the cattle.
 
2 gallons of milk has 352 grams of carbs (glucose). I wouldn't consider that low or moderate by any means. Also thats just milk and not considering meals. The water retention I think was due to spiked insulin levels from all that sugar.
 
did anyone here see that show on Discovery Channel. About those 4 black dudes in a tribe. Who drank nothing but milk for a week and sat around all day. At the end of the week whom ever got the fatest would win. Alot of them all of them showed good development in their arms and chest. But they had big ass guts. Pretty funny and impressive what drinking nothing but milk for a week will do to you.
 
I put on 13lbs. in 14 days. When I quit I'd say my strength dropped at least 20%. But everythings coming back around now(month later).
