Man my bad, I killed alot of it because I was lazy about clearing some pictures. My final desicion, is for younger skinny people to drink the HELL out of it. The sugar also gives you lots of power. For older folks who can't handle a yo-yo diet its hard to rebound from. Escpecially cutting your body off the carbs. All in all 2 gallons of 2% or better a day with a few light meals will yield gaining a pound a day. I actually believe, no I know, that muscle growth on 2 gallons a day can be compared to a roid cycle, no shit. But damn you pack lots of fat on also. Hope this helps.
