I use to do it on mandays all the time to, i think its because i felt realy rested from the 2 days off from the weekend and ready to blast chest hard, I use to do the 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off religously! another words i would take off weekends and wednesdays and i was always ready to go kill chest on mondays , but now adays for the past few years actualy i do bodyparts when they are next to be done, so if i miss a day of working out no matter what the next day it is when i workout its still time to do that specific bodypart, so it always lands on different days
