My legs and arms have always responded much faster than say my chest or shoulders. It makes me look like I have absolutely no shoulders and really pisses me off. I know this is common with a lot of people, but how do you guys get around this? I've thought of just not training arms for a while and doubling up on shoulders and chest throughout the week, but then I figured I'd be going slightly overkill. I'm at a loss here because my shoulders have come a long way, but are still disproportional and makes me look awkward

My shoulders are dominant, they get huge and I don't train them at all barely, and they still grow..

My biceps and legs fade away quickest...I have found 2x per week, moderate to heavy weight and reps of 10-20 and I can keep them year round, though my strength suffers.

I agree that probably training them twice a week would help. Try higher volume with your reps at 10-20 but no less than 10. See how that helps. But everybody has a body part that grows great compared to the others. Mine is shoulders.

For me its all about prioritizing. I make sure my weaker parts Triceps, Chest, Calves, and Hams are all trained after a day of rest and I really focus on them. I tend to slack on quads, back, and shoulders

I've tried putting my weak parts first in the week after taking the weekend off, but they're still not responding like I'd hoped. I guess I'll just have to try a lot of reps instead of trying to go heavy since it's not working obviously
