Meal 1: Banana or Pineapple, Apple Sauce, and a shake consisting of (60g isolate/30g Dextrose/10g BCAA's and EAA's/5g creatine/5g Glutamine)
30 mins later: 20g Dextrose/NO Shotgun
30 mins later: Pre/Intra-WO shake (20g Dextrose/10g BCAA's and EAA's/5g creatine/5g Glutamine)
Post-WO: 30mcg MC's IGF bi-laterally into muscle's worked + Shake (20g Dextrose/NO Synthesize/5g Glutamine)
Meal 2: (hour later) Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, 60g protein from chicken, and fiber supp
Meal 3: 60g Isolate, 1 cup dried oats, almonds
Meal 4: 60g protein from salmon, half can of refried beans, macadamia nut oil
Meal 5: 60g Isolate, 1 cup dried oats, almonds
Meal 6: 60g protein from chicken, other half can of refried beans, macadamia nut oil (fiber supp and hour later)
Meal 7: 5 whole eggs, 5 egg whites, 3 slices of cheese
Meal 8: 30g isolate if I feel like it when I wake up to piss.

I don't know how many calories that is, but it fuckin sucks getting the food down. I gradually upped the carbs when I felt like I wasn't gaining weight. I'm 210 right now, and will probably gain a few more pounds before I have to cut again (4 week bulk/4 week cut remember?).

Here's a shitty note. Cheat meals work against me when trying to gain weight. I could gorge myself on fast food all through the weekend and end up losing weight. It's because my stomach is so full I can't consistently eat enough dense nutrients every 2 hours. So it turns out I'm as strict as I am bulking then when I am cutting. Despite knowing I won't take in enough food last night, I had a cheat meal to save what mere threads I have of a social life left. Here's a pic and the caption I have on my FB page:

"So I drank my fiber before I left the house so I wouldn't over do my cheat meal. We sat down at our table and I started on the bread, calamari rings, and fried mushrooms. I ordered this burger with the idea of only eating a 1/4 and taking the rest home. Well when they brought it out, everyone made a big deal of how they didn't think I could do it nor have they seen anyone do it before. So the only obvious choice was to polish this bitch off! Mission accomplished with room to spare ;)"
 
Nice brotha we got a restaurant a couple hours from here that serves them like that they are the size of pies. Good meal man.
 
At andy's there is a like 6patty burger that big around for like 21 dollars , if you can eat it all its free.

I think eventually im going to see if i can daily eat there when im able to polish them off. I have to get back to eating how I used to, before I can even think about it.
 
Mmmm.... cow! That looks so good! Then again, so does the fries. THOSE are what caught MY eye, lol.
