My First Cycle..

Goal.. Get up to a solid dead weight of 210-215 after my PCT..
Experience.. 8 years lifting.. Pretty solid foundation already built..
Stats.. 5'9", 195lbs.. Prettty strong all around..
Cycle..
-Syntrop Test E250, 3ml/week for 10 weeks split into 2 dosages/week..
-Syntrop Oxygen (Oxymethelone), 50mg ED for 4 weeks..
-Arimidex, .5mg ED up until my PCT..
Start my PCT 2 weeks after my last Test administer..
-Nolvadex, 20mg ED for 6 weeks..
-HCG, 500IU EOD for 3 weeks..

And then the results..

I know this is not the standard first time user cycle, and I know I'm putting alot at risk.. Hopefully its not a bad experience.. I will be getting bloodwork done before the cycle, before my PCT, and after my PCT.. I will be weighing myself every week, along with measurments every 4 weeks.. And some other misc. shit I can't think of right now.. Please, feel free to comment and critique.. Thank you

the oxymethelone id kick alittle long than 4 weeks, maybe 6-8 depending on how your body handles it (sides, bloat, etc..) start it a few weeks before you start your injectables, and run it a few week into them... that way youll already have some water and muscle on your frame for when the test kicks in. i think 750mg of test is a good number to start with, other might agree or disagree, but eth is pretty strong ,for me anyways, so just make sure your ontop of things and watching your estro levels. .5 of dex is great too, others even run up to a full mg, but again just guage it depending on how your cycle goes. the nolva at the end if run at 40mgs for the first 10-14 days 2 weeks post cycle, then taper down to 20mgs. as for the hcg youll get mixed reviews on that .... so ill let others chime in for ya

if possible why dnt you list for us your diet and lifting routine so we can breakthat down too.
and now all you need is some igf and youll be gtg :-)

Diet will be something along the lines of this..

Meal 1
6 Eggs
4pc Whole Wheat Bread
8oz O.J. w/5g Micronized Creatine
1 Animal Pak
1 Animal Omega

Meal 2
8oz Ground Turkey
1 Baked Potato
8-12oz 2% Milk

Post Workout
1 Scoop EAA Nitro
5g Micronized Creatine
15g Micronized Glutamine

Meal 3
Same as meal 2 with 1 Animal Omega

Meal 4&5
8oz Ground Beef
1 Sweet Potato
8-12oz 2% Milk

I'm estimating between 275-300 grams of protein per day.. Around 250 Carbs.. And about 50-60grams of Fat.. I will make adjustments as needed.. I dont care of I lose my abs here.. The intent is to build a foundation now, a solid 210-215 after the cycle.. Or maybe more then that, who knows.. My muscle maturity right now is pretty developed as it is.. I think the cycle outlined above with a diet like this, with my genes, has potential.. What else guys?

I don't because I don't have access to personall computers.. This is a military.. You can look my last name up on facebook and a black and white photo will come up, thats me.. I will post pics before I start..

Another question for you all.. I'm fairly new to this, and don't have any "inside" contacts.. So I am looking at ordering from "Syntrop" brand from genxxlgear.com.. Is there product legit or what?
 
Genxxl has legit gear, bro... no worries if you order from them. I got stuff from them and it was definitely legit.
