i did squats, stiff leg dead lifts, seated calf raises and standing calf raises keep in mind that i am just getting back into lifting it seems like its too short do those exercises leave anything out or would that cover the legs good enough.....im just trying to figure stuff out for when im ready to do longer workout sessions.....i did 3 sets of 8 on those exercises and it wrecked my legs:sick:
 
sounds good now just add one new lift every week till you are getting 16 working sets. or your sorness is gone then blast them bitches.
 
mine breaks down like this for quads free squats 6x12,10,8,8,6,6 leg press toes forward or kicked slightly in 4x8-10, leg ext 4x10, smth squats close stance 4x8-10 almost to failure, and lungs till failure. my ham day lookslike this stiff leg deads 4x10,leg curls 4x10,leg press feet real high 4x10 and single seated leg curls till faiure.
