My Precontest Diet Questions

Is the sugar free Tang bad during this time? Its a small packet of maltodextrin stuff for 2 quarts. According to the label it would have 40 calories and possible 8 grams (says lesss than 1 gram of carbs per serving.) per quart (64 oz).
 
I weighed in at 165 in only posing trunks today.

Here is my diet and current routine:

Meal 1
8 egg whites
1/2 cup oats

Meal two
chix brest 4 oz
1/2 cup oats
no salt green beans

Meal three
chix brest
1/2 cup oats
no salt green beans

Meal four
Salad with vinegar , veggies
chix breast

Meal five
Veggies
chix breast

Meal six
chix breast
salad


I am doing 45 mins cardio in the morning and at 5:30 pm with my workout at lunch.

Today is the fourth so I am 26 days from weigh in.

Are there any modifications I should be doing or anything I can do safely to fight hunger ?

With water loss I should come well under 165.

Its ok now but I would rid artificial sweetners 10 days before the show....
