Hey fellas, My wife had our lil baby girl four months ago.. well, she is not losing the weight as fast as she would like of course. Before she had our baby she ran 4 miles a day w a friend (outside) on hilly surfaces. Great shape and very thin. She's kindadown bec shes not losing it like before but shes not runnin as much yet either. Anyway, she eats clean and has noticed since I started clen/t3 back in Feb and have lost appx 39lbs .. she asked what I thought about her using t3. She has used adipex before but made her nauseous. What do you guys and girls think? I do not think about sides and risks as much for myself just RESULTS! But, as my wife and baby's mom I want to be SAFE! What would ya'll think about a 25 25 25 25 / 50 50 50 50/75 75 75 75/ 50 50 50 50/ 25 25 25 25 t3 alone cycle? I think she would be uncomfortable with the clen.. but also could go albuterol/t3? Thoughts please. Thanks fellas and ladies!

I just ordered some Zenalean for my fiance, I've heard great things about it. I got it from www.hernonspantry.com He is a member on PM. I'm using Clen right now, but will probably use the Zenalean during my two week breaks. It's an ECY stack, which is supposed to be good for fat burning.

I have to ask: Is she breast feeding the baby? If she isn't, or isn't doing it enough, that is possibly why she isn't losing the weight. She should NOT be on anything right now if she is breast feeding because it can be passed to the baby through the milk. Exercise would be okay.

^ ^ ^ Ah, there you go. When women breast feed, all that weight gets converted to milk for the baby. Most lose weight very rapidly. She should think about at least pumping the milk out even if she doesn't give it to the baby. Seriously, it is one the best things to lose weight after a pregnancy.

saudes is right about breast pumping... it's proven women lost weight alot faster when dispensing milk (that sounded wierd), but regardless... i think a 6 week diamond taper like you wrote already would be fine.. or are you talking about 4 days for each dosage? ... i never went 4 days, i always went 7, and i know females in the past who have done the same for 6 weeks, instead of say 8. that's my opinion though... but her body IS trying to rebound from a pregnancy and alot of variables can come into play... she have any complications? or notice anything thyroid or insulin related? .. as of course some people become diabetic due to pregnancy etc... she should stay natural IMO for a little while longer... if she can wait 8-10 months, before supps of any kind i think it would be smart... a 4 month old baby should have a natural mother on standby for as long as possible... (breast feeding/pumping is supposed to also help with post partum depression too) ... you need to make sure her weight loss isn't the only issue that has her down...

GOD FORBID for any reason a baby should needs it's mother (meaning hospital terms, blood, whatever), the mother's levels should definitely as close to natural as possible.... after about 10 months i'd say you're in the clear in regards to knowing all the baby's needs... my opinion though... she can always go ON something, but once she's on, she can't flush her system right back to normal if need be....

If she does try t3, please post the results. My wife had gestational diabetes with our second, and is struggling to get in shape. Even 2 years later. All test come back "with in normal" range, but we all now that don't mean shit! I was considering t3 for her.
