NASTY!!! never mix no-xplode with milk

I just tried mixing my no-xplode with milk and I kind of thought it would be nasty... But omg that is SICK

omg....I recently tried creatine ester powder and GAG. cough up the extra $ for capsules for sure.

I gave mine away, i like to drink a shake like 45 min.before my workout, and i cant if i take no-xplode.

yea i coulda told you not to mix it with milk man, think about it, fruit punch...mixed in milk, heck no....but anyways, mix it in koolaid or some kinda juice
