Honestly, I take AAS year round, but ALRI's Ultra Hotter II is f'in awesome. It really has gotten my natty test well over average levels and I've been "on cycle" for the last 5 months.

Thumbs up for ALRI's Ultra Hotter II. Good stuff!
 
FOOD! Increase your protein intake of whatever you have. If you are getting only 400gm /day, increase it to 500gm /day. Body2see has listed an excellent bunch of products that do work. I have yet to try the Synthetek creatine, but I hear it is really good--that's next on my list along with that Ultra Hotter II stuff.
 
With all due respect to everyone that answered...
We are throwing out ideas before we even know about this guy.
What are his stats?
What is his training regimen?
How long has he been training?
What does his diet look like?
How many times does he eat a day?
Any pre-existing conditions?(lactose intolerant, etc)

We are al. here to help and advise, but I think its our responsibilty(as MC staff, MC vets, etc) to new members to assume that they don't know- we need to know something about them to be able to give them direction. All the replies have good product but its hard to say "oh yeah, it works for me, so its gotta work for him"
It's just not an apples to apples comparison.

No-- not a random quiz or meant to piss people off.
I just want the MC staff as well as our members to really investigate and realize what works for a long time bber like me will not work for someone who is 17, an ectomorph, doesn't eat, and has only been training for 3 weeks. Take all things into account before posting information. People are sometimes very impressionable, and I want to avoid anyone giving advice before we know as much as can about the person asking.
Once those people ask, the next time they ask you have a good idea of what to advise them on. Example: People know me , so if I ask a question, they know I am not a newbie, my age, that I compete, eat my meals,how long I have been training, and I workout 6 days a week.
See my point?

I am 6'2" weigh 193 lbs, very low body fat. I'm probably an ectomorph (that is the thin model, right?) I am very cut up, great genetics.
I eat about 4 times a day and probably about 3000 calories a day I guess. I also eat like shit once a day or twice a day...
I drink muscle milk once a day maybe. I know I need to improve/increase my diet and protein intake.

29 years old, work out since I was 16, but I haven't worked out much (once a month) for the last 6 years, but started working out again 10 weeks ago 4 to 5 times a week (one muscle group a week). Thinking about doing the whole body in 3 days (so everything twice a week) just to shock it and change up. I usually try to build for strength but a lot of my joints are fucked up, so I'm capped a tiny bit.

I need to gain strength and put on another 10 to 15 lbs. I'm sure there are a lot of things I could do differently if I diaganose what I'm doing.

I'm trying to stay away from juice because I don't want to fuck up my hormones. I had some STIFFY problems a couple years ago if you know what I mean, so I don't want to do that again.
 
bro just make sure that you run at least 500mg of test with whatever else and that should handle the stiff

Eat more than 4 times a day and more than 3000calories.
I have to eat up to 9 times a day, including the middle of the night. Also, 3000 calories is probably your maintenance. You need to up it by 500 or 1000 a day.

Also, only workout with weights 3 days a week. Low volume, heavy weight and compound exercises. You'll probably make gains every week.

You'll grow like a weed.

now that's good advice...Remember bro, you grow outside of the gym. Not inside it. No need to train each bodypart 2x a week right now.
