I just want the MC staff as well as our members to really investigate and realize what works for a long time bber like me will not work for someone who is 17, an ectomorph, doesn't eat, and has only been training for 3 weeks. Take all things into account before posting information. People are sometimes very impressionable, and I want to avoid anyone giving advice before we know as much as can about the person asking.
Once those people ask, the next time they ask you have a good idea of what to advise them on. Example: People know me , so if I ask a question, they know I am not a newbie, my age, that I compete, eat my meals,how long I have been training, and I workout 6 days a week.
