New to the site and wanted to introduce myself. I've been working out for over 12 yrs with only scheduled time off. I'm really dedicated to the sport and good with following a diet both gaining and losing. For the past few years I've been wanting more. While I'm happy with the progress I've made, I'm ready to take it to the next level. I'm here because I want to gain the knowledge to get to that next level and appreciate any and all help.
