Phat , go get some blood work ASAP.You need to see where everything is health wise .Make sure your bloodpressure is in check as well. If things are good ,then I suggest you go over to promuscle articals section and read the beginers artical written by BigA, it will give you some great guildlines to train for mass. The artical covers diet and gear as well. It would be very smart on your part to read it ,learn and live it. Give yourself another couple years doing things the right way ,I think you will fill out quite nicely.Don't get fat , get your meals in , rest , and train progressivily heavier and trust me you will end up suprising yourself as well as many others. I don't think you should lay off the gear unless your health is in jepardy or there are personal issues involved. Just be smart about how you use and remember drugs are only a tool ,hardwork and consistant effort are what matter most. Lastly make sure to have alife outside of training and eatting. Have fun ,but be responsible .Work on being a good person ,as well as focusing on improving your body. You will be happier ,I promise .This is an easy game if you do it right . Too many people make it way too complicated , don't be one of them. And don't forget to help out others that are just starting out , that shit always comes back to you in a positive manner. Skip just reminded me about that the other day , and you know whaT PHAT, that dude is never wrong.

place 7 out of 7....my lucky number.....lol. my goal was to not come in last, but these guys were freaks for level one...the guy that took second was 231lbs!!!!!!
my whole prep i told everyone i am not going to place, this was a personal achievment, and a goal i set out to accomplish....i knew it would be hard work, but you really don't comprihend how hard until you go through the process....

this was going to be my one and only show.....but the it is a cool feeling being on stage and transforming your body, also i feel i can look better so i will be doing another one in a couple yrs....only to improve on my physique, not my placings...don't care much about that, it would be sweet to be rewarded with a trophy......but not my goal

phats

You know what Phat? You got it bro, that is what is all about !Your own personal achievement. You had the balls to set a goal and to follow through and accomplish it. Like I said before ,I have no doubt that if you continue to work as hard as you have been ,I think it would be safe to say you will collect a trophy sometime in your future. You need about 30 pounds of contest muscle . Set a goal to achieve this in three years. That is very possible if you do things right. You will look pretty damm good if you do things right . Just take it a day at a time and it will come.Good luck on your journey........Skip told me that you had contacted him. Nice move......That is a good start.....

"whole prep i told everyone i am not going to place"

And with that attitude, of course you placed dead last.

Your reality is whatever you decide it to be.

Next time pick a NPC show or some show where there are weight classes.

You did make an incredible transformation. Unfortunately, in Bodybuilding, incredibly transformations don't count for anything on stage. I would say that living under the squat bar for a year or so, learning how to train and eat, and hiring someone like Skip would enable you to be significantly improved for your next show.

Good luck,

MaxRep
