hey everyone,Im new on here,just saying hi.hope everyone ready for Christmas.im looking forward to the coming year,currently going for my associates in exercise science,i plan on becoming a strength coach.Im also preparing my own routine for the new year,i hope and plan to make substantial gains in size and strength,over the course of the year,have a couple cycles i plan to run.ive cycled several times before with great gains,hold on to most of it.im obtaining all the info and knowledge i can to take it to the next level
