Hey guys/gals,
I hope this is not a stupid question or anything, and I'm sure its been asked infinite times, but I am back in the gym big time after a LOONG hiatus. I just turned 30 and last time I was seriously working out was at 20. (I can't believe its been that long).
Anyway...the concern is when/if I should start thinking about taking something like dbol to put on a bit of mass. I need to shed about 25lbs at the moment, so I was thinking that maybe in 2-3 months I can start a relatively tame cycle on something (not even sure if that is the right way to word it). But any suggestions or thoughts on what I should consider or read would be greatly appreciated. I am very worried and concerned about potential side effects, especially aggression (as I already have a problem with temper) and skin/acne issues.
