tomorrow is legs. Im still 100lbs from my peak squat.... I seriously want to try though cause im getting stronger.
 
its weird... my back is getting way strong. Its leaping ahead of my peak. Isnt it weird how some muscle groups just decide its there time to grow???
 
Got a couple more reps on my squat today. Not ready to go for 500 (my peak lifting weight). I feel that i could do it, im just not ready to try. My last good cycle, I could get 3 reps with it, deep, with a pause a the bottom. Maybe more if i didnt go so slow.

I have an injury from doing leg press last week. When my legs hit my rib cage, and i pushed with my stomach, i felt something pop. Its like a tendon or something right at the bottom of the rib cage. Sucks cause i cant hit leg press now.
 
for some reason i had the most intense hunger pain in my life. Im going to write a thread on it, instead of expain it here. Called: most intense hunger pain in my life.

always work out smarter, not harder. Thats always been my philosophy and knock on wood, no serious injuries EVER. I think you did the right thing.
 
i agree with dreww i do the same but i still get hurt lol im a walking disaster but i just keep going pain or no pain :) good luck normy.
 
Well, I have to tell you dropping all the coffee in the morning is really helping me. Im only having 2-3 cups now.
 
today i plan on doing some cardio, might even run. Im going to wear a heart rate monitor- just to be safe.
 
Did some great cardio yesterday. Went hiking and got my heart rate up to a constant 140 for a solid 30 minutes.

I swear, the best thing i did latley is cut my caffiene intake. Im down to 4 cups of coffee in the morning. That did wonders. Next week, im going to try 3... I used to pound coffee through the day when i was working at the bar at night and working my normal office job... So i sorta have an addiction. I think this might be why my blood pressure was so jacked up.
 
Doubt ill post much for the next 4 days. Im taking a vacation. I do plan on lifting, and loading of on my test iso before i go. Ill try to give you an update when i get back on tuesday.
 
Im back. Weekend was a giant cluster fuck. Ate like shit, got fing shit faced on saturday night, and didnt work out the whole time i was gone.

nope.... only my wife. Lol.

Dropped the EQ. sucks cause i really feel like its some good stuff. Im not really sure where my test level is at though. I could be really high. Next time, maybe ill try EQ with a low dose of test. My blood pressure is just to fing jacked up. Some days i can live with it, some days its really bad.

Im giving blood next week, so im sure after that i should be feeling a lot better. Got my fingers crossed.

I worked out on chest last night, felt like shit the whole time. I worked late, didnt eat.... SO my workout sucked. Skipped tri, and shoulders. Just cause i wanted to hit them tomorrow.

today is legs.

Well, apparently i did meet a scank. She was all over me that night, i had no idea who she was.. (i bounce there, so i know everyone) anyway, i had some fun with her, i was drunk out of my mind, So i kinda forgot half the night. Forgot who she was, and she left without saying goodbye.

Anyway, she found me on myspace... and oh yes... she's getting fucked. only problem... i have to wait about 3 more weeks till im back on vacation. Meanwhile she's driving me insain with naked pictures. Fing torture when your on test. Im seriously thinking about beating off at the office cause she emails and text me during the day. :arcade:

-Oh... she will pay my bros, still have cialis, and she's not gonna walk when i get done with her. Her husband will wonder if she gave birth out her ass.

Dropping the EQ was a good idea. I feel a hell of a lot better. Giving blood on monday, so i should be back to normal real soon. Hunger/sex drive is up, Blood pressure is going back down. I loved that eq... Ill have to try it again with a lower amount of test someday.

Trained back again lastnight. For some reason, my back is just getting strong as hell. Nothing else is really above peak levels. I bombed the shit out my back lastnight and its not even sore... Wierd shit bro's. Kinda hard to tell if its growing, but it feels like i have an extra slab of meat back there.

Plan on just doing cardio today...
 
damn... Blood pressue is still f-ed up. I cant really do cardio cause just walking makes it go crazy. Plus, just getting through the day tires me out. I went to walgreens- they dont do blood pressure. Checked it at walmart again, same machine and its even higher now, 157/63.

I am getting stronger though. Today i still managed to pound through chest/delts/tri. Bench is finally up, got a couple more reps from last week, but its still not at a peak. Im wondering if its cause i dont normally run such a high dose of anti-e, or any at all.

im also wondering if im going to drop the proviron next to combat this high blood pressure. Or maybe i should drop it down to 25mgs. I know that orals are usually the reason for high blood pressure.

giving blood tomorrow. Hope that will help. Maybe the eq is still in me. We will see.
 
gave blood on monday. Wasnt that smart cause i did it at work. my blood pressure is really only 133/53. not bad, bust still scares me cause whats wrong with me if its not my blood pressure? Why do i feel like im all of a sudden out of shape??

skipped yesterday cause i gave 2 pints of blood.

Did cardio tonight, im feeling a hell of a lot better. Not sure if it has to do with giving blood or just dropping the eq.

tomorrow im trying to add some more reps to my squat. still under my peak.
