Lol... im working on the lack of willpower...

skipped legs today cause they where actually sore from cardio yesterday. So im going to hit them friday and do back and bi tomorrow.

And btw... Im skipping my monthy work party- where there will be sexy bitches and free drinks so i can work out instead.

Now thats some willpower my bitches.

Glad your bp is okay. Presser can probably vouch for this, but you may want to get your cholesterol checked. Bp can be okay, but you may have really screwy cholesterol. I felt weird when I was on EQ. I was killer though on cardio. I couldn't get tired. I would go wide open on ellipticals for 45 minutes and burn a thousand cals and still go play bball.

EQ had the same effect on me. No vascularity, no hunger...but mad cardio gains.

I think of myself as having an "endurance body" type (long legs and arms, ectomorphic build) and it responded very well in that way to EQ.
 
i do think something is wrong with me. I get winded really fast, and i definatley have a lack of energy. Its bad... I feel like im 80 years old.

I didnt make it to the gym yesterday. The plan was to go to the work party, have a couple and then go to the gym...... Im an idiot.

they had guinness on tap- and it was free!!!

Kicked ass again today on back. You guys know the hammer strength lat pull down? the one that you sit in facing the pad and pull the weight down from above? I used to warm up with 3 plates each side, work up to maybe 4 plates+a 25 each side, at my peak. Now im working with 5 plates and a 25..... Thats an insain gain in 6 weeks. My other lifts havent even hit there peak yet.... wtf???

Feeling awesome today... Cant wait to bench tomorrow and atleast get closer to my peak.
 
Did legs tonight. I dont have the same aggression, or energy that i normally have during cycles. I think this has a lot to do with why my lifts are diffrent. Im spending more time on form and definatley going a lot slower. So while doing squat tonight, i only worked up to 405, but thats cause im doing this slow motion and my legs are blown out by the time i get to 405. So in saying that im not getting stronger on this lift isnt accurate. Id like to go a year back when i was getting 500 and see how fast and low the squat was.

anyway, did 6 sets of squat, 4 legpress, 4 leg curl, 4 rev leg curl. and calves. IT was the most pumped my legs have been in years. It was a damn good day.

one bad thing to report. I was walking out of work (before my workout). Got light headed and dizzy for no reason at all. I was just walking. I almost had to support myself. First time this has ever happend. my blood pressure is good.
 
Trained back again today... Same deal, strong as hell- wish my other lifts where the same.

Doing major cardio tomorrow. Then heading to hooters after for some hotwings and a couple beers... Its my training partners idea, she wants to watch the debate...
 
nice norm rewarding yourself isnt bad as long as its in small doses lol. Im dieting pretty hard right now. I let myself get way out of control lol. cardio diet and trying to hold onto all the muscle i can is where im at.

nahh im starting palumbo's diet and dont wanna fuck it up so im skippin out. I got one the weekend after but i dont know if im gonna go to that either. Ive never had 3 mile island i havent been to hooters in quite some time though.

that chick kinda sucked. She talked like she would be this great f- for 3 weeks, then just kinda layed there.
