thanks for all the comments. I've been training my ass off for this. My first show this year will be May 13 and 14 in Panama City. The Southern USA's. Then to the Jr. Usa's the very next weekend.

198 or 199 I think? I was wondering because he has a few more weeks to go on this diet, deplete and all means he may come in around that weight. I would think he wants to come in at the top of a class SHREDDED rather than the bottom of the heavies. Especially if there are guys at the top of the class at 225 and in the same shape. It is all strategy to get you in the pose down where anything can happen.

Im my opinion, I would just stay in the heavy's. I think he would look to tall in the lightheavy's. Losing 16 more pounds, he would be losing muscle. I think he is only a few pounds away from being contest stage ready. Honestly, the conditioning he is in now, is good enough for any big regional level show. He looks huge at 214, and at 198 he might look stringy. But its just an opinion.

I agree. He may be lighter than the other competitors in his class...but he wont look it.
