I like flavored Almonds....like barbecue, or jalepeno. Almonds are lower in carbohydrate, to boot.
Try eating chopped broccoli and carrots with pine nuts sauteed in a little butter and sugar. Put em in the freezer for about 20 minutes after done sauteeing. After they're chilled, toss it all together with balsamic vinegar. You can steam the veggies, or just eat it raw.
I love sunflower seeds but they are really high in sodium. I love peanuts and obviously they are the same. Pistachios are the bomb too. I have irritable bowel (sure you guys wanted to know that,) and peanuts will keep me normal if I eat them everyday. Nature Valley granola isn't just nuts but I absolutely love the pecan crunch ones.
