though he had gyno that was very visible, he was still awarded the overall.

Other than the man-boobs, he looks like he has pretty good conditioning, but I wouldn't be able to say for sure since I haven't seen the rest of the competitors. That's some wicked gyno going on though! I can't believe he didn't take care of that.

heavyweight was full, but BF wasnt too low.

my point is .... would you give it to the 2nd best looking guy, or overlook the gyno and give it to the best conditioned

If everyone else werent even close i would overlook it but if it was close between him and one of the others then i would certainly give it to the other. Thats gotta be a big deduction?

No way--- I would have given it to the second place guy..... I would have been embarrassed to go on stage - but if he had a contest guy help him that guy should be shot and strung up by his balls....
