ON cycle dieting

wanted a few opinion on this... besides common sense of eating lots of clean foods...

what is your carb and protein intake during a bulking cycle while trying to stay as lean as possible?

when i start up again i was thing at a starting weight of 235ish id keep the protein at 360 or so (chicken & lean beef) and carbs at 750 or so (sweet potatos, brown rice, oats, and bananas)
 
If you keep your macros at those levels, you shouldn't really have too much trouble achieving some good clean gains. But if you are doing a bulker, I would definitely throw in some good fats as well (avocado, almonds, almond butter, MCT oil, Olive Oil, whole eggs, etc.)
