Started running a diff type diet or for me and was going to let u all know my goals and see what u all thought or would change.....I want to stay full but get a lttle more lean and hard..

Current cycle Test mix 600mg wk, deca 400wk, tren ace 200 mg week

Non weight training days ... example of what been doin..

wake up 30 min cardio**
meal one - 5 whole eggs
meal two - shake w / pb
meal three - grilled chicken or beef with green salad and cashews
meal four- shake w/ pb
meal five - either same as one or 3
meal 6 sometimes shake sometimes not.. according if hungry...
ALMOST palumbo style**

Training days * 30 min cardio after training **usually mid afternoon
meal one - 5 whole eggs
meal two - shake w / pb
meal 3 - pre workout meal grilled chicken or beef w/ wheat pasta, or oats, or shredded potatoes, or rice etc..... ** Pre workout meal hour an half or two hours prior..
meal four- shake w/ pb
meal five - grilled chicken, beef or eggs with carbs as listed above...
meal six.. shake if hungry

i may should throw carbs in immediate post workouts. .. i have got leaner doin this two weeks just want to do the best i can. give me some opinions guys. thanks!!!
 
I like that you are keeping the AAS nice and low and safe, this is very rare to see IMO..

I will leave this for the bodybuilder's to answer, but IMO based on my past BB experience, and to give you something to think about, I'd think you'd need more food, especially since you are eating so clean

Also, why not something like Prop, Susp, or even sust, mixed with something like var or masteron, or even winny for that matter instead of the Deca in unison with the tren?? Just a thought :)

If you're solely wanting to lean out that'll work, if you want to add a little weight also I'd just add a little more of what you're eating. What I used to do was take my precontest diet and double the intake. That way I knew I was still eating clean, but just consuming more calories.

The AAS is fine at the doses you have, I prefer EQ because it helps my lack of hunger since I'm always hungry on that stuff. Tren A is a great lean bulk compound for me so I swear by it and when I stacked it with Test E, EQ and anadrol with Masteron at the end that was simply the best I've ever looked. I also threw some Proviron in that mix too
 
I agree with the rest. You need more food bro. Keep it clean ofcourse, but just more of it. And also I think masteron would really top everything off. I fckn love masteron!!!!! For hardness and grainyness with out the sides of winny, nothing beats mast!!!!.

I can say that the only time I used it at the end I looked like I was cut from granite

Honestly, this is prob one of the best AAS I have ever used. It has so many benefits with very little to no sides.
 
Yeah .. Love mast too.. Ive squirreled away a bunch so I can do a good length a time on it soon.. It too the cats meow!

well this is pretty close to palumbo style of dieting...depending on the portion sizes of your proteins it might be enough, for your size...but if you want to grow then ofcourse no its not enough food. I like the base part of the diet, I would just make adjustments to it...also, things like cardio, supplements, and gear will play a big part on how succesfull this can be...

The gear looks ok and food looks light but you should grow ok on this cycle bro!
 
Is that about how much food you normally consume? I would starve to death very quickly on that. Maybe more steak or red meat

haha yes unless im eating terrible and off the course w fastfood. im all or nothing, i just cant stand hoolding water and losing my leaness. i got to get over it but i just hate the way it feels. im mental abvout putting on fat and water! i know it takes it to grow.. ive been as heavy as 255 and i
HATED how i felt and looked. im aroung 210 or so today..

thanks press im trying and i could def eat more just unsure whether i should consume more protein .. i get around 40 a meal or shake.. so around my bodyweight a day.. fats moderate... carbs i know are way light .. im open to whatever you all think..

what type of adjustments would you make bro? more carbs on training days? non? protein ? fats?..

i used mast pre contest but was in the mix with test prop, win, t3, clen, tren. so hard to say how i liked lol.. could throw it in i guess... just want my foods to benefit me the best on cycle
 
Bro I'm a Super light eater and no one and I mean no one would believe how little I eat! It's nearly 7pm and I only ate 2 meals today lol do I feel ya if it's hard to eat

lol well clean food is a little harder.. im dedicated but talking bout eating i can eat a hell of a lot of dbl cheeses ice cream etc etc etc... lol but all seriousness yea its just getn back in the habit of my body gettin it in and all the meals. . im pre cooking it all again and takin it with me.. ive had a break as u can tell from hear.. been on just not active.. about the same as been with food! LOL but im back!

well since your worried about gaining fat and water weight . I would gradually increase your carbs on training days first. Maybe add in some HGH, and insulin post workout on training days. This will help keep you leaner, and grow to. But, overall you just need to slowing increase your cals overall to the point you can gain muscle, but little or no fat increase. Its a fine line your playing with. But, truth to told, its hard to gain alot of muscle on a limited amount of cals. So your not going to gain as much muscle unless you allow yourself some room to gain some fat, to gain the muscle.
