Hit back extremely hard today, was doing reverse grip bent over rows and wasnt even going that heavy was repping 185 and on my 12th rep i felt a sting sharp pain down my leg from my almost crack area down to my knee. Think i strained a muscle that pinched my Sciatic a bit? i finished my workout and even did cardio and it didnt bother me unless i was holding weight and bending my right knee then it would flare a little bit. Never had this happen whats your take on it? Not unbearable pain by any means not bad at all just sharp when i do certain things.
