Just though i would share
 
A few years back my best ever was 295 x 8 on the incline. I also hit 315 x 4 on the incline bench as well I believe around the same time. I'm not sure which is better feat, but I never really went any lower in reps than that. I haven't maxed out in many many years and haven't worked flat bench in a long time. I've guessed my max bench would be around maybe 375 or so on the flat bench based on my work on the incline bench.

You guys are some strong fuckers. lol.
 
My stronger lifts were back and leg movements.

505x8 shrugs
280-300x8 cable rows
260-280x8-10 lat pulldowns
555x6 deadlifts
550x8 squats
1200+ leg press

235x8 military press
50lb front and side db raises

All of these done with good form.

that's great Press, especially considering all the injuries, infections, sickness and setbacks you've gone through not that long ago!

thnx mike ur right however the dianabol is playing a huge role in this im sure, i been on it for 5 day this time, i stopped last toime a month or so ago cuase of the lower back pain pumps but im doing much less this time and feel strong and fresh pushing close to 290lbs

i remember my first time doin dbol, i did military bb on day 7 and it jumped from 215 for 6 to 245 for 6. that stuff rocks in terms of strength gains....the lower back pumps were so serious though, i had to take 6 minute breaks between deadlifts..lol

yup, i had to take 6 minute breaks just walking around the mall,lol, i would have to stop and bend over and stretch my lower back, pretty pathetic
