I would like to know what your leg routines look like. Legs are still a weak point for me--they're very stubborn and don't gain size easily. I'm wondering if I can find the right way to work them out to gain some size.

My leg routine really varries on what I feel like that day. I will say I squeezed out some
growth with widowmakers a while back. After my last heavy set I would strip off 1/2
the weight and do a set of 20. Believe me, that finished off my legs and I didnt
measure but noticed added size. I have been lazy latley and just doing a couple of
heavy sets without the widowmakers. Hell of a pump w/widowmakers.

3 sets of squats (medium wieght cause of bad knee)
4 sets of legpress heavy as possible
4 sets of hacksquats heavy heavy
3-4 sets of leg extensions also heavy

cant really hammer them right now cause im running a lot. Its really hard on my knees to do both. But when i do hit legs, i love doing what h8tr3d just said, just switching the order of hacks and legpress.

its going to be fall soon, so i can start wearing pants again so i dont have to train legs since you dont see them right?

apparently thats not a seasonal trend. guys at my gym wear pants all year long. but they make up for it by wearing wifebeater shirts.

Yeah, it really pisses me off when a guy walks around the gym all fuckin hard when he's just not a complete package. No wheels = no respect from me, at least if you don't train em hard as fuck.

These are some excellent routines. I'm taking them all down, and later I'll try them out. Anyone else?

been a while since you posted your numbers, but from what I recall your lifts have gone up. especially squats.

I didn't start seeing real development in my legs until I lowered the volume to one all out set of 20 reps with heavy, heavy weight. I used to do hack squats, smith machine front squats, and leg press all in one workout. now I rotate each exercise do one per workout with 3 or 4 warmup sets. then balls to the wall 20 reps with stupid weight. Put more size on my legs in the last six months than I did in the previous two years.
