Ok well im trying to train for basketball , football , and boxing. Just wondering since I can do over 50 pushups that is considered as light and 15 handstand pushups is considered light to right? So cant I do those every monday , wednesday , and friday? Because light weight exercises helps with muscle recovery and is a good warmup so would that be OK? But the main reason for me asking this is that pushups and handstand pushups develope speed , and explosive power. Since im trying to train for football , and boxing that would be nice so is this alright?
