post cardio shake counter-productive?

I have been doing my cardio in the morning after a small breakfast. When im done im starving, but on the run to work. For the past 2 days ive been having half a serving of up your mass because its the only protein powder i have right now

250 cal
25 carb
25 protein

Counter-productive? And if so what is a good post cardio meal thats good on the run
 
I drink a shake made with the vanilla Gladiator low carb powder. Like 45g of protein, 1g carbs, 0g fat, 180cals, and I mix it with 2oz of organic apple juice watered down.
 
id keep the carbs down unless your building muscle at the gym. So i agree with the above statement
 
if your looking to build muscle then id follow cardio with medium to high carbs....
quick digesting... and since theres a customer FRIDGE in your gym (lol) you can bring some fruit if ya want :-)
 
ill have to take advantage of that fridge lol.

I am trying to build muscle, just getting in the cardio to cut down the bf..

Maybe ill cut it down to one scoop and have a banana or peach for the ride to work. I just get so damn hungry after cardio and my next meal isnt for 2 hours
 
why not do the cardio first then have a shake,half serving, then half hour later have solid food, if you want to reduce cravings, use suplements,garcinia cambodia, aka hydrocitric acid, works good. that happens to me too i get realy hungry, i got the redline ultrahardcore they work good
