What do your post workout routines look like? What kind of supps and what meals do you eat?
Immediately pwo I have about 50g of Waxy Maze and Creatine Ethyl Ester. About 20 mins later I have 50g of Whey Isolate and 10g of L-Glutamine. About 30 - 45 mins later I have a cup of brown rice and some tuna. Another 90 mins later I have a cup of brown rice, tuna, and some almonds. If work gets in the way, I get all pissed. I'm pretty anal about my pwo nutrition. Anyone else like this?
 
i have about 50gm of whey isolate w/ 1scoop waxy maize + 5gm glutamine during the 2nd half of the workout. After the workout, 25gm whey isolate/1/2scoop wazy/5gms glutamine.
then a whole food meal like an hour or so afterwards.
 
i have a very very hard time getting anything down after working out, especialy solid foods so if anything its 40mg protien drink usualy musclemilk

i was the same way. the waxy maize and isolate protiens digest real easy, even if you funnel an entire shake.
They also aren't as "dry/chaulky/thick" tasting like the MRP type protiens that have a mix of proteins, half of which are usually slower digesting which equals stomach problems.
 
I use 50g waxy Maize now (1 week so far) with creatineand 4-5g Alanine, hit the showers, and then down my protein shake.
