Well, as you all know I follwed Palumbo last year, and my guy helping me likes it as well. So, this year another guy us helpin me due to family things with Jay from last year. Anyway, so next week (my final wk) my prep carbs/fats/water was totally diff which kinda started stressing me. SO, notto put anyone on the spot I emailed Dave Palumbo. it's late in the stage now but I hired him last week been sending him pics. He's changed my diet some today, my "supps" in a way i didnt expect, upd and upd cardio. Anyway, I will keep you updated. I feel better now, I guess if you going to follow "The mans" diet just as well let him plan your prep and last week for you!
 
Dave, my show is March 17th. I'm training five times a week. Here's my daily routine top to bottom. .

Upon waking...

***45 min walkin on treadmil
1st meal --- 6 whole eggs
2nd meal --- isopure low carb shake with 2 tblsp natty pb
3rd meal --- 8 oz baked chicken with 1 oz cashews
4th meal---- isopure low carb shake with 2 tbsp natty pb
5th meal---- baked chicken/fish 8 oz with 1 oz cashews/almonds
6th meal---- either shake or 93/7 lean beef 8 oz with 1 oz cashews
***45 min on treadmill before bed

Daily supplements/gear
*50mcg T3 A.M/ 50mcg T3 p.m.
*80mcgs clen A.M.
*2000mg fish oil AM/ 2000mg PM
*B complex AM / B12 AM and PM
*Multivit AM/PM
*L Arginine 2000mg AM
*40mg Nolvadex AM
*2mg Arimidex AM

*100mg test prop AM
*100mg Tren ace AM
*75mg Masteron Prop AM
*50mg Win AM/ 50mg PM
*100mg Anavar AM
*15mg Halo AM / also 15mg before training on those days as well

*No creatine or pre workout supps

* Water with crystal light about 1 gal daily
* I do drink diet soft drinks occasionaly
 
Alright....Do me a favor........up your test prop to 200mg EOD........100mg tren EOD... and 100mg Mast EOD..... 75 Winny per day and stop the anavar........... Keep everything in your program right up till the day of the show (no stopping the stuff)........ Take 1mg Arimidex per day and 10mg Nolvadex 2x per day.

I'd like for you to follow Protein/Veggies for the next 2 days in a row and then send me more photos

I like that ...I think it will be a good plan...I have trained under palumbe a couple of times, and he does know his stuff...I will be following a palumbo type of diet at 12 weeks out, as of now. Im just doing the pro/fats, with carbs morning, pre and post workouts...

Sometimes, protein/fats seem s o tough but when u hit a cpl days protein vegs u damn sure appreciate those fats!!!!!!!! LOL
 
he gives it all. he is sending my last week protocol with EVERYTHING tonight, no ur not an idiot . . u just didnt know lol
