I was put on TRT a year ago due to bone density issues and low RBC, I’m on around 90mgs a week. I’m 23 years old. I’ve noticed since I’ve gone on it I’ve been growing more facial and body hair as well.
My question is I’m not seeing any changes to muscle or strength, I thought that I would experience that as well but it’s not happening and my doctor won’t increase my dose. I’m only 135 pounds and 5’11’’
Now I’m reading people are using steroids on top of TRT. Would you recommend I do the same?

TRT would work for this but you need iron
and you need daily red meat
i think TRT is fine but add primo to it for sure

you are way too young to be using it for any other purpose that what it is medically prescribed for... you are EXTREMELY under weight and your diet is what you need to be focused on... post your diet so we can give you the actual help you need

No. Your age is an issue

And 90mgs is NOT dosed at a level for PED results - just for health

And how will you grow if you're not eating enough?

i'm sorry but you are too skinny and young. follow your doctors advice
when the time comes ugfreak is here to serve you. give it a year though

Stick with the doctors advice for now with the issues you have it is for the best outcome health wise.
