I am considering injecting primo to help me lean down while perserving muscle mass. I am a triathlete and inspiring to compete in a local figure competition by next summer. I am 5 ft 4 and weigh 122lbs. I weight train 3 times a week using moderate weights and 4-5 sets. The majority of my training focuses on an hour cardio (an hour per day and also intervals (inc hills, plyo etc.. about 2-3 times per week). Now I am starting to weight train with a friend to achieve esthetical goals rather than sport specific.
I want to gain about 5lbs of lean mass and lose about 3% bodyfat
can anyone fill me in on the details of primo such as: how much to take a week, duration of a cycle, and the side effects or cautions i should consider while on it. I am also open to any other suggestions that anyone may have to help me out.
