I've hit one week on....this stuff is great! I've been having some stomach issues, but I'm also under a lot of stress right now and I think that's what is causing the majority of that. I don't think my sleep has been effected by it, although I am not sleeping well, I am sure it's from the stress too.
My workouts have been incredibly intense! Even when I'm tired and dragging ass into the gym, once I start hitting it I just get going hard, and everything feels awesome.
I have struggled to get enough water and I am getting some cramps, but nothing that's horrible, just normal dehydration cramps.
My muscles feel harder than ever and everything looks bigger and more defined. My weight is down a couple pounds(started at 232, was 227 after my workout today)...but my strength is not down. PR on bench today, 315 for 3...then did 225 for 3 sets of 12...the hit some dumbbell incline, and dumbbell bench....had to cut the workout short tho, and I was pissed cuz I was feeling good! Haha
The only downside that I think I can contribute to it is I am a bit irritable...but not unmanageable....
