Hi guys I was having trouble meeting my protein requirements and got a great deal on Detour bars, the ones with 30 grams of protein per bar. They are the low sugar brand and have 5g of sugar, but 6G of Saturated fat
Would 1-2 of these a day be ok post workout, or at night, or is it not recommended?
