So many people think that AAS are the "magic" pill that will help them get big. The truth is that if you don't get your diet, training, and recovery down, you still will not get big even if you are using AAS. Get those things in order, and you may actually find out that you don't even need AAS.
 
Hmmmm, i swear i've said this about a million times over the past decade. Maybe we should remind them all that food si the msot anabolic thing they can put in their body as well, thsi takes me back to those old threads about young kids wanting to try gear. I want my teenage test levcels back any day lol.

Also, so many AAS users, go on a cycle without knowing what proper bb dieting consists of. When we all go off, we loose quite a bit of our gains. Only the guys who know how to diet while on, (eating enough quality cals, proteins, fats, and carbs) to maximize growth, and to give the body the nutrients to heal and sustain growth, will maintain a portion of the newly formed LBM. On bulk growth cycles I personally consume about 7k cals a day, and 400g of protein. It works for me and it makes me grow. Most newbies end up with nothing more than water retention, and to them thats size!!! Not any real LBM.

This is not only true for AAS, but other supplements as well. I have guys in my class that come up and ask things like, is this creatine good, or what's better superpump or noxplode? Then they come in during lunch with Taco Bell. Pfft. What a joke. I tell them not to even bother asking me for advice about supplements until they have the discipline to eat right. It really is amazing what just having the fundamentals down well can do for you.
 
yeah I gotta agree...You gotta get that food in...Without, no amout of AAS will be able to do its job....
