I have to admit I've been a preworkout supp junkie for a while...NO-Xplode, NO-Shotgun, CytoNox...You name it, I've proly tried it. I'll be fine for a while taking any of them but as soon as I up the dosage or do one extra half of a scoop it gives me the shits. The only reason I'd take more is really to get more of a boost from the caffeine. I'm breaking the habit. I'm going to start taking a fat burner and most likely nothing else. Maybe some amino's but thats it. Sorry had to vent.
