I've switched to doing slower reps, lighter weight, more reps and really squeezing at the end. Not necessarily holding it or pausing it at the end, but I'm squeezing throughout the movement. I'm trying something new to see if I can get any progress out of this and I must say that I'm impressed so far because I trained shoulders/tris on Monday and back/bis yesterday and my whole upper body is toasted. My lats are more sore than I can ever remember them being. And the sad thing is I know tomorrow will be worse, but it's that good kind of sore. The soreness of actually knowing you're out of your routine and doing something different. I'm really hoping this will actually get me out of this funk my body has been in. I'm really wanting my shoulders to catch up, but I think this could be good for my whole body.

I love being sore, makes me think Im doing something right. I hate it after a good workout if I dont feel it the next day. Seems like changing it up you are def shocking the muscles

It feels great, but it's rough driving because I can barely get my arms up to the steering wheel. I love it though
