What do you guys think about this? I've done it in the past and had good success, it sucks having to go to the gym an extra day, but I felt stronger since I wasn't neglecting anything. I'm back to training legs on 1 day and I'm not really getting much out of it so I think I'm going back to splitting them up

I have always done quads and hams on different days with calves on both days. I will puke if I try both on the same day. I can barely walk after quads alone.

I've never done them this way. Maybe I'll try to give it a go. I Just cannot imagine doing hamstrings a couple days after squats. My glutes and hammies get sore from squats.

I will change my stance depending on whether I want to use squats to focus on quads or hams primarily. I rotate it from week to week though and normally it is with the muscle I do later in the week. I've just noticed that if I do them in the same day, I neglect the muscle I train last

i tried it and did not like it, well i like quads only but then i had to stick hammies somewhere and put them with back and it just didnt work for me.

i do calves 3x a week on non leg days.

I do it and I really like it. If I have a lackluster quad day, I can still hammer hams. And I get a second opportunity to smoke them later in the week if I feel good

I love it, hams always go quicker than quads so it actually gves me a reason to hit another bodypart twice in the week. It does suck being sore basically the whole week because when your quads heal up you are then hitting hams and then sore from that, but it allows me to hit then both hard.
