dude... how do you think i got to 270? eating rice cakes??? no, thats pretty light compared to how i used to eat.
 
damn broham......add some eggz n a shitload o bacon, make that whopper a triple and jmaybe some taco bell nachos in there lol n thats all i can stomach on a cheat day.....altho i havent had one o those in AWHILE.....
 
i just start thinking around wednesday what i want to have on saturday.... I wanted pizza. But see, i didnt mention that i only had 2 slices.
 
I was forced to take last night off from the gym. But its most likley a good thing. Im having a very hard time eating today. I've had to force myself to eat. Im going to eat after work... at like 4am. So, hopefully ill be hungry for that. But my back and bi routine kicked major ass.... Unfortunately, thats all i did today.

finally started some nolvadex @ 30mgs today. I really starting to wonder how much weight i should loose. I feel like after loosing 20lbs in 20 days, i can decide. Im just concerned that if i want to be 10% body fat, im only going to weigh 220 or something....

meal 1 6 large whole eggs (fat=42, cal=712, carb=6, protein=42)
2 juice boxes 50 mgs of carbs, (fat=0, cal=220, carb=52, protein=4)

meal 2 chicken thigh (fat=5, cal=160, carb=0, protein= 26)
1 cup of brown rice (fat=0,cals=204,carbs=44,protein=8)

pre workout blue monster energy drink (fat=0,cals=20,carbs=6,protein=0)

post workout monster milk (fat=10,cals=300,carbs=12,protein=45)

meal 3 6oz. steak (fat=12,cals=318, carbs=120, protein=47)

meal 4 shake w/2tbls. oil, made with water (fat=5, cals=580, carbs=13, protein=50)

meal 5 ham and cheese omelet (guessing on totals) (fat=42, cal=712, carb=6, protein=25)

Im a little burnt today. I havent slept well in the last couple days. This new job has my sleep schedule really messed up. Not sure what i want to do as far as the gym. Im missing some body parts, I think cardio, delts and traps would be good. I ran into quite a few people that knew me while working. I've lost over 20lbs, since they last saw me. I hate it cause they say how big i was before, as if im really shrank. Made me put a tape on my arms... yeah, they're down about a 3/4 of an inch. But does mean im tiny? Stomach is down to almost 40 inches. I wish just my stomach would shrink and not everything else.

I've decided today that im going to drop another 10lbs and stop the dnp. That will take me down to 230lbs. In the following days i should loose more- water. But the new goal is to stay at 230 and add more muscle from there. Maybe in the summer, when its shirt off season, Ill cut down even more. To be honest, its just that im loosing to much size and i dont feel the 6 pack will be worth it.
 
Yeah, that would put you at about a whole month on DNP. That seems like a standard cycle length. Gotta stay really clean on your diet when you're trying to put on size though. Otherwise, you'll run into the same problem when summer comes (feeling small when you cut up). Maybe 10lb from now you'll change your mind.
 
Rock on Norm what do you feel your bodyfat is at right now and will be at 230? Like teed said keep the diet clean or it will be another viscious cycle lol.
 
I see you already have tren in the mix--you may want to consider using tren ethanate instead since it is longer acting and may burn more fat--so I would say to add an anti-e like a-dex or femara in there throughout the cycle to help keep water down and IGF levels up. Possibly add IGF in there during the whole cycle. Find out what your BMR is and then eat only that number of calories minus about 500 calories. Cardio on an empty stomach in the morning at a heart rate that burns fat, about up to 160 bpm tops. Keep carbs to a minimum in your diet. All that should help you shed fat pretty quickly.

For your diet I'd consier using carbs to your benifit. On cardio days I'd go on an empty stomach. On lifting days Pre workout meal might be protein and complex carbs (a shake and oatmeal) early post workout might be protein and simple carbs (steak and pasta) At bed time, limit carbs or none at all (steak and veggies). Worked well for me and I lost 31 lbs in 3 months. My best sucess came when I got serious about my cardio. Daily HIT for 60 min then weight traning after for 5-6 days. It was tough, but you get used to it. And no thats not me in the avitar
 
no more yo-yo dieting. Im very aware of what goes in my mouth now. It think with diet and cardio, i can maintain a certain weight. I feel very confident that i have control now.

Its easy to do when you have all this time on your hands and you can calculate everything. When you have all day long to get your ass in the gym. -Have all your meals prepped already. Im going to try to make it a habit and maybe the transition to work or school will go easier.

not in the mood today to calculate calories. Im eating the same stuff though. Just less.... having a hard time today with the appetite. I had a totally kick ass workout yesterday. Blasted delts!! and i think that, the cardio, then the bar was just to much. So im taking today off from the gym.

Its so much eaiser after you've done it for a while. No need to count or measure and shopping is eaiser as well.
 
today is saturday! cheat day! for some reason, i dont have any big meals planned.

doing chest, shoulders, and triceps.
 
body weight is holding at 242. Only thing i changed is i slowed down on cardio. I think i only got it in 2x last week.

ummm... i kinda ended up in chicago yesterday.... I got my leg workout in- it was pretty awesome, them bam! im on my way to chi-town.

So the diet was messed up again. Havent checked weight. will try to get back on track today

back on track with the diet. I kicked ass on back lastnight, little winded on bi.

I know i've said this before, but i think im finally ready to deviate from my current workout and try something else. I've been loosing strength on the flat bench and i want to try something different. I think the reason behind it is diet and dnp. Bottom line, i dont think im recouping fast enough.

So im going to start doing 1 major body part per day or two minor. Sucks, cause this means i have to ditch my workout partner.

So im thinking of switching to:

chest
tri/bi
back
delts/traps
legs

Each day is followed up with 20 minutes of hit.


meal 1 norm's lean body meat loaf
meal 2 shake with 2tbls olive oil
meal 3 1 cup of brown rice
1 can of tuna
post workout: dark matter
meal 4 shake
meal 5 steak fajitas
meal 6 ham and cheese omelet at like 3am..

^^ good progress bro!!! 4 inches in 27 days is super impressive......the split looks solid altho i'd be worried about my bi's being sore when it was time to hit back and then my traps being a bit tight after hitting back the day before etc....how about you switch tri's n bi's with legs and work legs in between chest and back then delts n arms to finish out tha week.....all up to u tho bro u can see how it works for u .... nic eprogress and will be def looking forward to those pics at 230 so lets get a move on lol ;)
 
Thanks man! yeah, i need to work one the days a little bit. One thing i dont like about this is, no off days.... Im sure ill have them, cause life gets in the way.

Starting to sleep in a little more. Its hard to ajust to my new hours, so i have to force myself to stay in bed till 12pm. Im feeling awesome, I think the dark matter was a good idea with the dnp. Im not whipped out anymore after my workouts.

hitting bi, tri, and 20 mins hit. Workout sucked today.. no pumps, couldnt get really focused.
