I was forced to take last night off from the gym. But its most likley a good thing. Im having a very hard time eating today. I've had to force myself to eat. Im going to eat after work... at like 4am. So, hopefully ill be hungry for that. But my back and bi routine kicked major ass.... Unfortunately, thats all i did today.
finally started some nolvadex @ 30mgs today. I really starting to wonder how much weight i should loose. I feel like after loosing 20lbs in 20 days, i can decide. Im just concerned that if i want to be 10% body fat, im only going to weigh 220 or something....
meal 1 6 large whole eggs (fat=42, cal=712, carb=6, protein=42)
2 juice boxes 50 mgs of carbs, (fat=0, cal=220, carb=52, protein=4)
meal 2 chicken thigh (fat=5, cal=160, carb=0, protein= 26)
1 cup of brown rice (fat=0,cals=204,carbs=44,protein=8)
pre workout blue monster energy drink (fat=0,cals=20,carbs=6,protein=0)
post workout monster milk (fat=10,cals=300,carbs=12,protein=45)
meal 3 6oz. steak (fat=12,cals=318, carbs=120, protein=47)
meal 4 shake w/2tbls. oil, made with water (fat=5, cals=580, carbs=13, protein=50)
meal 5 ham and cheese omelet (guessing on totals) (fat=42, cal=712, carb=6, protein=25)
