Starting on my 4th week/ Back in the grove again...

Started back at training now for about 4 weeks (start of 4th week) and I really feel like 90% of my muscle is back already...Time to start making forward progress again...My weight today was 248lbs...Going to go to 260lbs in the next 6-8 weeks, then decided if I can compete this year, or need to wait until early next year...

Im actully a tad suprised how fast, and how easy it was to get to this point already...I thought it would be harder, but my body is bouncing back really fast...and Im feeling great right now (best in a few years honeslty) I know now, that my health and muscle gains go together...So for you guys that feel kinda crappy day in and day out...get that blood work done up and see what is off...Having everything in check, and feeling great you would be suprised by how fast, you gains will come...Even at a lower dose...and once I get my test up to over 600-800mg again...Watch out !!! Im sure I will be freakin strong as a ox again...Hell Yeah !!! :thumbsup:
 
thats great bro! never know might be in a show by years end brutha, atleast maybe a get ur feet wet again show ya know, its actualy amazing how u bounced back

Im aiming for a show in Oct. but that might be to soon...so maybe Nov. 13th at the Kentucky Muscle Classic...
 
Had a killer deltoid workout yesterday...Felt strong, and got a killer pump !!! Its coming back, and its coming back fast !!!
 
Glad to hear Chris, how has the heart been holding up now that you are back in the gym and on again? have you been getting tested frequently?

This was my question as well- are you keeping your heart in check?
I think you have made damn good progress in a short amount of time, but hope you are listening to your body big guy.

Yeah, I check my B.P. and heart rate, every day atleast 3 times...I do atleast 45 mins to hour of cardio per day...Im keeping my diet about 85-90% clean foods everyday...So I dont retain alot of extra water weight...Also, I just do 300mg of cyp per week, and the rest of my test is from prop. So I can pull it out quickly if needed (high b.p./ heart issues)...


Today was a great day...I did chest and really felt my strengh go up on Hammer incline presses...Tons of stamina, didnt get winded...Felt great...no headache's nothing at all...Just a killer pump !!!:sport:

my next EKG isnt until Aug. 4th...but honestly I might go back sooner (toward the end of June) and get it tested again...
