Im very excited to see how these drag curls feel.. I saw a vid on youtube on how to excecute it properly..

For me, incrementing on all the compounds and building my body overall with progressive overload and gaining muscle is the surest way for me to build big arms...

Just sticking to the basics and leaving out the fancy stuff seems to work for me but this is all individual.

Some swear to synergistic type training, maybe high frequency, lower frequency, drop sets, suepr sets etc.. It all depends on finding what works for you. For sure, these are all intensity blasting techniques to keep things fresh but I believe in keeping bicep training basic IMHO. Dont let it get too complicated.

I would try pre-exhausting your bi's with single arm preachers or some type of isolation movement first. Then go heavy with your working sets and really concentrate on the mind/muscle connection. Maybe don't do too many sets and focus on stimulation and not fatigue.

Did the drag curls today..Felt awesome.. Now someone can correct me if im getting my form right.. As I kee pdragging the bar, the furthest I reach in the concentric part is just lower chest level... I cant ever get it way up to my chin.. Is that ok?? I see some articles saying to draggg all the way up till its below your chin and then some saying it should reach just lower chest level..

I will imagine if you need to get it way up to yuor chin level, the elbows will come forward no doubt and thats defeating it..
